This song was inspired by Mrs Dorothy Legg who recalls the days when the chapel had closed due to falling congregation numbers and was locked up for several decades. She remembers when, as a little girl, she would peer into the hall from outside, seeing it almost as a 'forbidden' space. The use of children's voices recaptures the scene.
